The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion, designed and developed by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, changed hands in a deal that also involved Cafaro’s nearly 18,000-square-foot mansion, valued at $26 million, which was exchanged as part of the transaction.
