The men’s lacrosse team beat Michigan in Ann Arbor for the Big Ten title, and there was a national championship won by an OSU men’s gymnast as well.Though the Wolverines took home the team national title, Buckeye gymnast Kameron Nelson took home the national championship on the vault. The Ohio State team didn’t quite do enough to make the team final, finishing fourth in its NCAA qualifier on Friday, but it did land two gymnasts as All-Americans, with Nelson, who also finished third in the floor exercise, and Parker Thackson, who finished sixth on the pommel horse.Nelson won the vault with a total score of 14.633, thanks in large part to great execution and a stuck landing on his final pass.
