Kanye West‘s Malibu home is up for sale again.
The controversial rapper’s 4,700-square-foot beachfront house is selling just six months after it sold for $21 million. West did extensive renovations on the property, which includes ocean views from every room.

The house is constructed of 1,200 tons of concrete, 200 tons of steel and 12 massive pylons driven into the sand.
