On Friday, the “Wicked” star shared another teaser on Instagram for her new short film “Brighter Days Ahead” following the release of her accompanying “Eternal Sunshine deluxe” album.
In the snap, the 31-year-old looks much older (and wrinkle-ridden), as she played with prosthetics to portray an elderly version of the character she created for her original album, Peaches, in the film.
To really dress the part, Grande wore a beige chunky knit sweater and styled her nearly gray hair in a side part adorned with a small pearl-embellished barrette.
Fans first met Grande as Peaches in her 2024 “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)” music video, where the Grammy-winner plays a heartbroken, younger version of the character who has all traces of her ex wiped from her memory — an homage to the 2004 film “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.”
Now, it seems the star is making a comeback to the Brighter Days memory-wiping clinic, and fans are on the edge of their seats to see part two of Peaches’ story.
