New data has revealed the most in-demand celebrity brands, with Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez topping the list.
Using Google search volume data sourced from Ahrefs, marketing experts at Upbeat Agency analysed search volume for search terms relating to 219 celebrity brands. These included terms such as ‘Selena Gomez beauty brand’, ‘Gary Barlow wine’, and ‘Cristiano Ronaldo brand’. The brands were then ranked to find which are the most searched-for.
Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez is the most sought-after celebrity brand in the UK, with average monthly searches for terms relating to her beauty brand totaling 99,500. ‘Rare Beauty blush’ is the most searched-for product from the star’s line, with 34,000 monthly searches, and the second most in-demand product is ‘Rare Beauty highlighter’, with 9,200 monthly searches. Gomez launched her brand in 2020 and it has gone from strength to strength. 1% of Rare Beauty’s yearly revenue goes to the Rare Impact Fund, which aims to enhance mental health support in marginalized areas.
Second in the rankings is Fabletics by Kate Hudson, with monthly searches averaging 68,205. Hudson co-founded her activewear brand in 2013 and it has since become one of the most popular fitness apparel brands in the world. ‘Fabletics leggings’ are the most popular item from the brand, with 3,400 searches per month made by fans of the brand in the UK.
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna takes third place, with 40,120 searches per month. ‘Fenty Beauty lip gloss’ is the most sought-after product from Rihanna’s brand, with 3,200 searches a month in the UK, closely followed by ‘Fenty Beauty foundation’, with 2,800 monthly UK searches. The singer’s brand was launched in 2017.

In fourth place is Millie Bobby Brown’s beauty brand, Florence by Mills, with 27,130 searches each month in the UK. The Stranger Thing star’s brand was established in 2019 and sells a range of products from fragrances to make-up. Brown’s coffee skincare range is the most popular range, with UK monthly searches at 900.
Fifth place goes to CR7 by Cristiano Ronaldo, with 24,030 searches per month in the UK, making CR7 the most popular brand by a footballer in the UK. The brand has been going since 2006 and its most searched-for product is ‘CR7 football boots’, with 2,800 monthly searches made by Brits.
Eilish by Billie Eilish ranks sixth overall, with 21,010 searches made per month across the UK. The singer’s fragrance comes in a range of sizes, from 30ml to 100ml, and 100ml is the most sought-after size, with 350 searches a month. The striking bottle draws inspiration from Eilish’s favourite areas of the human body – the chest, neck, and collarbone.
Taking the seventh spot is r.e.m beauty by Ariana Grande, with 19,310 searches a month. The most in-demand product from Grande’s beauty brand is her foundation, with 800 monthly searches, followed by her lip oil, with 500 searches a month. The singer’s brand was founded in 2021 and emphasizes being vegan and cruelty-free.
Eighth place goes to the Fantasy perfume range by Britney Spears, which averages 13,050 searches a month. Spears has brought out a staggering 42 different fragrances since 2004, and her most popular fragrance with the UK public is her Midnight Fantasy perfume, with 1,700 searches a month made for the fragrance.
In the penultimate spot is Victoria Beckham Beauty, with 12,200 Google searches made per month. Popstar-turned-businesswoman Victoria has made a name for herself in the fashion industry with her high-end label but her most sought-after brand in the UK is her beauty brand. The most searched-for product from her range is the Satin Kajal Liner, with 90 searches a month.
Concluding the list is Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner, with 10,560 searches made a month. The American socialite and media personality launched her cosmetics brand in 2015, selling her Kylie Lip Kits. The brand has since expanded considerably and its mascara is the most searched-for product, with 200 searches for the item made in the UK each month.
