Wild at Heart Florist Triumphs in High Court Against Fraudulent Attempt
3 hours ago
Nikki Tibbles’ celebrated floral design company, ‘Nikki Tibbles at Wild at Heart Limited’, has successfully obtained an injunction from the High Court (Case BL-2025-000114), to protect its business as an upmarket international florist.
On 29 January the High Court froze the bank accounts and assets of imitator company Wild at Heart Europe Limited and Director Jason Dooris and barred both parties from communicating with clients of Nikki Tibbles at Wild at Heart Limited or conducting any business under the Wild at Heart brand name pending a further High Court hearing.
The ruling comes at a time when fraud awareness among UK businesses has significantly improved, with reported incidents dropping from 83% to 42% in the past year. This case highlights the importance of maintaining vigilance in the floristry sector, where recent reports indicate over 1,600 complaints against fraudulent operators.
Nikki Tibbles, founder of Wild at Heart, stated: “Both we and our clients have been devastated by the unwarranted actions of both Jason Dooris and his imitator business Wild at Heart Europe Limited, but we are grateful that the High Court has recognised the validity of our position. Nikki Tibbles at Wild at Heart will continue to operate with the highest standards of integrity, serving our valued customers as we have done for many years. This ruling reinforces what we have maintained throughout: that our business practices complete integrity.”
As the company progresses, Nikki Tibbles at Wild at Heart remains committed to delivering exceptional floral designs and maintaining its reputation for excellence, particularly as it prepares for the upcoming Valentine’s Day and springtime. The business continues to operate as usual from all locations, ensuring customers receive the same high-quality service they have come to expect over the years.
