Summarize and humanize this content to 2000 words in 6 paragraphs in EnglishWith only eight gameweeks of the season left in Fantasy Premier League, now is a good time to use your second wildcard.Gameweek 32 had been confirmed as a double and on Thursday afternoon, another in Gameweek 33 was rubber-stamped, as well as a blank in Gameweek 34.We are also likely to have another double in Gameweek 36 and a blank in Gameweek 37. Therefore, this is a good time to activate the wildcard to set yourself up for this tricky period. Here we will go through the wildcard must-haves, run through a suggested wildcard draft and also explore what to do if you aren’t planning on wildcarding in Gameweek 31.The nailed-on picks David Raya (£5.5m) — Arsenal Statistically, Arsenal’s defence is one of the best in the league, with 11 clean sheets (the third most). They have conceded the fewest goals (24) and boast the second-best expected goals (xG) against in the league (25.6) .They have a double gameweek coming up in Gameweek 33 — plus, they have some really good fixtures until the end of the season, playing Brentford (H), Ipswich Town (A), Bournemouth (H), Newcastle United (H), Southampton (A) and Crystal Palace (H).Raya is a solid set-and-forget goalkeeper, even if Gabriel (£6.4m) and Jurien Timber (£5.6m) have picked up injuries.

They also have at least one double gameweek coming up in Gameweek 33. If they beat Nottingham Forest in their FA Cup semi-final, City will probably double again in Gameweek 36.So the fixtures are there and City are still a top-five defence, so owning their most nailed and attacking defender looks a good bet.Gvardiol has scored five Premier League goals this season, the most from all defenders.Mohamed Salah (£13.8m) — Liverpool If it wasn’t for Erling Haaland’s (£14.8m) injury last gameweek, there was an argument to go without Salah for the next few weeks. However, he is now one of the first picks on wildcard, even though Liverpool won’t have any more double gameweeks this season.Liverpool may have the league wrapped up before the season finishes but I don’t think that will mean reduced minutes for Salah. He has personal records he will want to beat.Bukayo Saka (£10.3m) — ArsenalSaka didn’t take long to make an impact after his long lay-off. He came on as a substitute against Fulham and scored in just over six minutes. He should be good for a start now for Brentford (H) in Gameweek 31 and with a double gameweek on the horizon in Gameweek 33, it is a good idea to own one of the best FPL assets. Before his injury, he managed six goals and 11 assists in 16 games. He is also Arsenal’s first-choice penalty-taker.We should be wary, though, that Gameweek 31 is sandwiched between Arsenal’s two Champions League legs against Real Madrid, so he may see reduced minutes against Brentford.Alexander Isak (£9.5m) — Newcastle UnitedThe Sweden international has put together a fine season, with 20 goals and five assists in the league. He would be among the first picks on my wildcard team.Isak was subbed off in Newcastle’s 2-1 against Brentford with a slight groin issue, according to manager Eddie Howe, who said post-match that the striker “wasn’t feeling 100 per cent”.It doesn’t seem too serious but it’s worth keeping an eye on.Newcastle have Leicester City (A) next, when Isak will likely be the best captaincy option, and in Gameweek 32, he has a confirmed double against Manchester United (H) and Crystal Palace (H).Newcastle also have a plum game in Blank Gamewek 34 against Ipswich, where he will be a captaincy contender again. Owning him until then is essential if he’s fit.Omar Marmoush (£7.5m) — Manchester CityWith Haaland reportedly out until around Gameweek 36, Marmoush becomes arguably the best-value player in the game.He has already shown he’s a great FPL asset and will get plenty of minutes in the Norwegian’s absence. Marmoush was the penalty taker for Eintracht Frankfurt, so he could be on spot kicks while Haaland is out.Marmoush will  have a double in Gameweek 33 against Everton (A) and Aston Villa (H), where he should get two starts and plenty of minutes.A Gameweek 31 wildcard draftThe below wildcard draft sets you up nicely for the end-of-season run-in. With this, you can choose to either Bench Boost in Gameweek 32 or Gameweek 33.Manchester City, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Arsenal will have two fixtures each in Gameweek 33. Also, if you have your Triple Captain chip, it can be used in Gameweek 32 on Isak or Gameweek 33 on Marmoush. It even sets you up nicely if you have the Assistant Manager chip. You can replace one of your Palace players — for example, Jean Philippe-Mateta (£7.6m) for Bournemouth’s Evanilson (£5.7m) — and use the chip on Oliver Glasner (£0.8m) from Gameweek 32-34.Palace have a double in Gameweek 32 against Manchester City (A) and Newcastle (A), which are both table-bonus games for them. They also get a double in Gameweek 33 against Bournemouth (H) and Arsenal (A). That’s three bonus games in two gameweeks. In Gameweek 34, you can move to Vitor Pereira (£0.8m) of Wolverhampton Wanderers, who have Leicester at home. You can choose to go without Mateta or Daniel Munoz (£5.1m) and get Eberechi Eze (£6.8m).Instead of Jacob Murphy (£5.0m), you can get Morgan Rogers (£5.5m) and the goalkeeper pairing can be different, too. Going with Raya and Emiliano Martinez (£5.0m) gets you two keepers who double in Gameweek 33.The same goes for Dean Henderson (£4.6m) and Nick Pope (£4.9m) for Double Gameweek 32.At least ensure you have three players from Palace and Newcastle to attack Double Gameweek 32.What to do if you are not wildcardingIf you have used your wildcard or plan to use it later in the season, then your main transfer targets should be from Newcastle and Palace.Palace host Brighton (H) and Newcastle play relegation candidates Leicester (A) in Gameweek 31. Both are great entry points and, of course, they both double in Gameweek 32.If you already have players from Palace and Newcastle, then save your transfers. You will need them for any injuries that may occur this gameweek and also to set yourself up for Double Gameweek 33 and beyond.(Top photos: Alexander Isak, left, and Josko Gvardiol)
